As a member of the National Guild of Hypnosists (NGH), I abide by the ethical rules set out here.

GDPR - Data Processing

When you book a single session or a course with Mepilu / v. Mette Ludvigsen, I use your information to contact you about what you have signed up for. 
Personal information is used to send newsletters that you have subscribed to. 
Customer service in connection with your purchase and other inquiries. 

Online marketing: Personal information is used for online marketing e.g. on SoMe
I always treat your personal data confidentially and securely in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Ordinance and the Data Protection Act. Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.

I store general personal information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address that I have received in connection with the purchase of a service, a newsletter or a purchase on my website. I also receive information via social media when you sign up to follow my company.

I keep notes  regarding. treatments during the period in which the processing takes place, then they are deleted.  This information is of course treated confidentially and will never be passed on to a third party.

It is necessary for me to be able to comply with legal obligations e.g. under the Accounting Act and Marketing. And to be able to fulfill a contract of which you are a part.

I have a duty to hold the above personal information for 5 years, cf. the Accounting Act

 

Disclosure of your information may take place in the following circumstances:
I have entered into data processor agreements with the following data processors, which is my guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules on the protection of your personal data:

Wix.com for website, email, webshop and security management
Ascend Business Tools for handling email newsletters

Stripe for payment of products

Your personal information will be stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes:

Newsletters: As long as a given consent to receive marketing has not been withdrawn and I am not obliged to store the personal data e.g. in connection with a legal obligation.

In connection with the purchase of products or services: I am obliged to store your personal information for 5 years after the termination of the client relationship in accordance with the Accounting Act. There may be special reasons for storing the information for a longer period, e.g. if you have access to an online product you have purchased.

In general, personal information regarding general inquiries from unregistered customers will be deleted after 1 year, unless there are special reasons to store the information for a longer period. If you no longer want me to process your personal information, please send me an email.

If you wish to cancel your consent to the processing of your e-mail address   in connection with sending out newsletters and marketing, this can be done at any time by using the link in the individual news e-mail.

If you wish to complain about Mepilus' processing of your personal data, this can be done to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Terms and Conditions

 

When purchasing individual sessions, payment must be made via mobilepay or in cash in connection with each session. 
When buying a course, payment is made in advance, and no later than before the 1st session. Here you can also pay via bank transfer, as long as the amount is registered before the 1st session.

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellations must be made by text message to 29453956. In case of cancellation later than 48 hours before, 25% of the price will be charged, and in case of cancellation later than 25 hours before, 50% of the price will be charged. In case of cancellation on my part, we will arrange another time.

Validity
Mini and junior courses are valid for 3 months after the date of purchase

Senior course is valid for 6 months after the date of purchase

Return / resale

There is no return policy when buying courses, and they can not be resold to second hand.

 

I'm not working on the following

- Schizophrenics

- Severely mentally handicapped

- People with psychosis or epilepsy

- People who are under the influence of alcohol or narcotics

- Children under 12 years
